Refund and Return Policy

Pattern Design sells digital files, which as such cannot be returned the same way as physical goods once purchased. In case you are not satisfied with one or more designs you purchased, please contact us.

When you are not satisfied with your purchased designs, we will provide you with the following service:

• we offer an upgrade of license in case you need a higher-quality license of a design, discounting the amount you already paid
• if a design you purchased contains quality defects, please tell us - we will amend the problems and provide you with a corrected version
• in case a dispute over a purchase cannot be resolved in any other way, we will refund you the amount corresponding to the designs which do not satisfy your requirements (in which case you obviously lose the right to use the "returned" designs)
