About Me |
I studied communication design in Dortmund until 2002 – including one semester in Melbourne/Australia. After my studies I spent a few months in the Dominican Republic to become a Dive Master. After a few years of permanent employment as a graphic designer, I decided in 2005 to continue my career as a freelance designer and illustrator. I now live with my husband, my two daughters and two cats in southern Germany in the beautiful Allgäu, directly on a river. |
About My Designs |
Diversity and experimentation is my motto. That's why I don't follow a particular style, I prefer to let my imagination run wild. I love trying out and combining different techniques. I like to take up patterns that occur in nature or the play of light and shadow in architecture. |
Origin of Inspiration |
In a state of relaxation, the best ideas shoot through your head. I find relaxation in a wide variety of situations – when exercising in nature, joking around with my children, sightseeing or just before falling asleep. A small notebook is my constant companion to capture this thunderstorm of flashbulbs. |
